• Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable Fees: Once the fees for a course (partial or full) have been paid, they are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. 
• Academy will cancel the admission of a candidate if the due installment is not cleared after 15 days of the deadline. 
• No fees will be refunded, if we shift the learning mode of the course to online because of any unforeseen circumstances. 
• Tool Usage Responsibility: We aim to equip you with valuable knowledge about various digital marketing tools. However, it is your responsibility to carefully read and understand the terms of use and privacy policies of any tool you decide to implement. Genius Marketing Campus shall not be held liable for any consequences resulting from the use or misuse of these tools. 
• Data Loss and Security: While our course will educate you about data security best practices, Genius Marketing Campus cannot be held responsible for any data loss, breaches, or unauthorized access that may occur due to your usage of digital marketing tools. • Use of Photos or Videos for Marketing Purposes : By participating in Genius Marketing Campus and/or its events, you grant Genius Marketing Campus the right to use your photos or videos for marketing and promotional purposes. You may withdraw your consent at any time, but this will not affect prior use. You will not receive compensation, and the media will remain Genius Marketing Campus’s property. You release Genius Marketing Campus from any claims related to this use.

• Job Placement Assistance: We offer job placement assistance to our students, which includes guidance on job search strategies, resume building, interview preparation, and connecting you with potential employers. However, it’s important to note that the actual placement in a job role is dependent on various factors, including your qualifications, skills, experience, and the current job market conditions. 
• Job Availability: While we strive to provide you with access to job opportunities, we cannot guarantee the availability of specific job positions or employment opportunities. The job market is dynamic and subject to external factors beyond our control. 
• Employer Selection Process: The final decision regarding your job placement rests with the potential employers. They will evaluate your application, conduct interviews, and assess your fit for their organization based on their own criteria. 
• Continuous Skill Development: Enhancing your chances of successful job placement requires continuous skill development and a proactive approach to learning. Refer and Earn Terms and Conditions : 

Program Overview: 

• The Genius Marketing Campus Refer and Earn Program allows individuals to earn rewards by referring new students to the academy.

Reward Structure: 

• Referees are eligible to earn a 10% reward on the total program fees paid by individuals they refer to Genius Marketing Campus. 
• For Genius Marketing Campus students or alumni who participate in the program, the reward will be increased to 20%. 

Referral Qualification: 

• Referees will receive their reward only when the referred individual has successfully enrolled in a Genius Marketing Campus program and has paid their full corse fees. 

Payment of Rewards: 

• Rewards will be granted to the referee only after the referred student’s full course fees have been received and confirmed by Genius Marketing Campus. ● The reward amount will be calculated as a percentage of the total fees paid by the referred student. 
• Rewards will be granted to the referee within 30 days of the referred student’s full course fees payment being confirmed by Genius Marketing Campus. Taxes: 
• Referees are responsible for any taxes, if applicable, that may be levied on the rewards earned through this program. 
• Program Duration: 

○ The Refer and Earn Program is subject to change or discontinuation at any time at the sole discretion of Genius Marketing Campus. 

• Compliance: 

○ Participants in this program are expected to comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Any form of abuse, fraud, or unethical behavior may lead to disqualification and may result in legal action. ● Dispute Resolution:

○ Any disputes arising from the program will be resolved by Genius Marketing Campus, and its decision will be final.
